Small image request

Hi. I have a small image request/challenge I hope someone can help with. Can anyone switch out the current background of this reaper icon (http://i48.tinypic.com/33p35w3.png), and replace it with a red blood splatter for the background (http://i48.tinypic.com/nrno1.png / http://i50.tinypic.com/5vyic1.png) instead? The reaper itself doesn't need editing. The light-colored part is basically the background I am referencing.

No, we should not. We never have done them. Reason being, nobody is ever going to learn anything if it's done for them.
