This totally has a c4pro effect to it I love it a lot.

Love that it looks like a fire phoenix and the colours are so rich!!!

The biggest flaw I see here is the shadowing of the bird. He has shadow falling from the top left, though this is not displayed in the effects surrounding him. My suggestion would be to move the lighing a little more away from that area and go darker up in that corner to allow this piece to look more realistic :D
