This is quite nice, but I do have a few points
The render is placed in the middle, which makes it look very flat to me. In my opinion she should've been more to the right because of the way she is turned. You have created a nice focal point with her though, although it's shadowed by the text. I can see that the right side of the render is slightly transparent. Which shows me that you have tried to blend it. In need with blending, I suggest getting a small soft smudge brush, zooming in to like 600% and running the brush along the edge, just to soften them a tad. Last thing, the renders face looks a tad over sharpened.
In regards to the effects, I can see some really faint, almost hidden splatters in the bottom left. Maybe if you made them less opaque, and almost coming out of the bottom of the tag, following her body up. The colour does work though, and it makes it seem like more leaves, and doesn't disrupt the flow. There isn't really much flow here, which could've been worked on with the splatters.

The render seem to be not render well, i can still see white blurs, unless that was the whole point of it, but anyways,
also those black shaded lines on the right side was kind of off,
also the text color was fine, but the font itself didn't match.
And the coloring effect didn't really flow well.
