It looks nice, but the bubbles didn't match the whole idea of this signature.
Aslo the background seem very low quality, and I assume that you were trying to make it look like it was blurred out
and the focus was suppose to be the girl? but the lighting is too bright, and the excessive decorations just basically took away
the whole idea of this signature.
you can try bluring out the background, so the focus should be the girl
The lighting should be lower down a bit.
Use decorations that actually fit the image, for example the girl seem to be those old fashion workers,
so put something like very old looking, you know?
