The colour palette feels wrong, all wrong, and you've sharpened the render way too much - it's become pixelated. This might be because your on a different monitor though so you may have overlooked it, but you still need to hold back on it more. I personally like your text (I know many gfxers hate text) and your use of movement and lighting was very good - I especially like the blue vein-lines coming off of her, though the circular bit I would've ditched and replaced with more strands. Of course, the saturation levels of the colouring are in need of some work (posting a sig where you got lazy with isn't really excuseable - just stop, take a break, then come back and do it properly - you can make multiple save files, after all) which should be done before burning and dodging everything.
