A sort of Tutorial Request; Explain Smudging please
Well, I've read the rules, which prohibit requesting tags, etc, but not requesting a tutorial. I'm new to Photoshop, and well, I've seen the word 'Smudging' being used a lot. I'm trying my best to learn, and I've searched the forum (I used the search bar), but the only tutorial I found was from 2009, and it's well...not there. It doesn't load. Anyway, I'd really like for someone to try and explain how to smudge. I've seen it mentioned repeatedly on tutorials, but the references are rather vague.
