It's really not that bad for a first sig tbh xD Just needs that line erased from his face.
I can see you're experimenting with Photoshops features by the background.

you got it right... not really sure how to work with the background
so i did a little experiment... advise noted thanks..

yoooo that's actually not bad. The line by his nose needs to be fixed, but other then that, it looks nice.

haha his nose is bein picked by that line... i think that's funny... anywho make sure you're staying in a single color pallet! I dont like the teal and the orange...don't overuse layer effects. blend the layers a little more, make it more fluid. otherwise lookin good!! :)
