Well... it's a pretty female render on a bw gradient bg, with some colored splatters.
It is ( sorry that I must say this) boring.

It needs blending, effects, flow, light, etc etc...

there are nice tutorials on this site.
just follow some.

move the gradient flare to the left or right, duplicate the female layer and put it over the black/white gradient map layer and set it to over lay or lighten only and erase around the shoulder areas. maybe use the pen tool to loop around the body once and then out towards the left upper corner.
