help please

can someone help me out and turn this into a render ive tried a couple of times but its just not working out for me >.< would be seriously appreciated and credits given

thanks and yea i know i got a tut i found saved somewhere that i wanna do it with :P

i failed with this version i tried to use the smudge and blur tool

all good had to find a few stocks to go with it :P thanks alot they both look way better then what i did i like the flames it blends it in a bit more thanks for taking your time to do this for me XD
