You can try out with free logo creators available on internet. As i don't think so that any body would have interest in making another art with your name :). so try out with free logo makers :)
Wouldn't that be ripping someone else's logo or something?
Regardless, if you mean recreate it in your name, just looks like some nub took the Daft Punk RAM font and wrote their name in it, try that.
I agree With Distello, not much there just the text with maybe some blurring but that's about it.
It's just a font with outer glow, takes a minute or two to create in ps, give it a go :encouragement:

looks like a paintbrush text type with an overlay glow easy to do :D
