Could still use a lot of improvements. Maybe play around with the smudge settings and use those little flowers brushes and try to get like a nice little fading away of the body.
uh huh, kinda like on naruto when they attack an edon tensei enemy.
Maybe just center it, so you could more to the pink side of the tag.
But that would take away too much from the focal imo...

I like this one. It still has potential to be better so play around with it more for another version maybe? Try some gradients with her skin color and the shade of green being used but overall not too bad.
