the abruptness from the white effect to the forrest bg on the right side is a bit distracting.
maybe smudge the white effect a bit.
the focal needs some blending into the bg too.
get rid of the text.
other than these things; sexy !

Thank you, might indeed smudge the water c4d a lot more like you did, but like my second version better with the less sharpened render etc. thanks a lot though!
