It's a good concept with potential. But its too cluttered, try making some of it blended better and work on color and lighting as well.
Like this concept but cut out signatures especially for this art does'nt work to finish this artwork i would suggest a wild orange or red sky also the polar bears area i would colour blue colour association like with the broken columns under the armpit i suggest orange or red sky as a focal for that area all & all very nice Signature keep at it!
I dig this, but could do with some more complementary colours like some blue here and there.
