The side of the planet needs to be blended into the wind effect... the random in the middle throws it off ... I'd probably darken it a lil and the text is hard to read. Take off the emboss or lower it to 1 ... and take off the outerglow

It needs a border... Also the font stands out too much.
take the drop shadow off the font.
