^ not really a good CnC, you could actually suggest why they are bad/what could he do to improve that. :)
On topic: I'd like to see more work on the lightning, like a bit shading or darkening the edges I like the colors of it actually, keep it up :)
I QUITE LIKE the simplicity of it and dont mind xelo he can never manage a piece of good feedback
