I like the second one a lot, you've got some flow going on. Spiderman looks like you've done minimalistic effects on a stock.
The second one however seems like you have a nice light source down at the bottom that is flowing through your render well, I feel like you should move it toward the front of your character though
get rid of the spiderman logo .
very bright and do something about the topaz in the second.
