strong: placement render, flow, blending.
minus: to much diogonal blur, borders, text.
Place a border, or don't... don't go half!! it doesn't work when you do things half.
The flow is from right top to left bottom, so why the extra blur lines?? now it's overdone, that's a shame...
Text: in itself good! nice letter type; horizontal at the right place... works good, except for the splinter... make that smaller and place it just right above the cell word (flow direction) and it would have added to the sig!
still very good job imo, just some minor things to improve.

The blur is a little too much.
And I agree with Xelo. Transparent borders are a little ugly.
