The first 3 has problems with text.
But I really love 3, 4, and 6. They (and maybe 5 and 7) stand out from your examples. And I mean it in a good way.
Keep it up. Hope to see more from you.

I will never be able to put good text on a sig lol. I've never found any guaranteed method for placement/font choice. I don't really have a large selection of fonts though. Any tips on how to fix my text issue?

2 is my favorite. I think your bluring, sharpening etc. that was done in the second to last creates a really nice focus on the render.
There is no way to 'fix' your text problem. Keep practicing and you'll learn what works and what doesn't. Make sure to treat it as part of the signature and not just 'that last thing you that you need to add'.
Overall some really cool work, keep at it!

Thanks man. I'll keep working on it. I haven't been able to do text right at all over the past 3 years of trying so I might just give up entirely. I'm still learning some new techniques so hopefully I can post something really awesome soon.

Well, I've been experimenting with clipping masks in my text. It all comes down to picking out fonts.

Photoshop CC. I always get the new photoshops when they come out.
