1st one: Seems nice; the depth is a little off in places, Wok on that a little, also the people in the picture seem totally chilled out, not caring that a transformer is fucking shit up. Also I dont think the lights on the cars need to be on, especially with that flare effect to them.
2nd: The white blows the image out a little, seems like an overexposed photograph if you understand what I mean. Same as before with the people, take them out with clone tools.
