To kill time i like the smell hospital tape, the stuff they use to tape slings with :D nice job but too pixelated

i aint even gonna bother with this un lol i tried everything from blurring to different filters still no good anyone got any ideas to shift it?

you tried gaussin blur but between 0 and 1 because i think that might help, or just try the regular blur tool, make it big and change it's opacity, or just delete the layer of where you pixelated it.... i think if you layered it, or you could try colourising it more and changing the opacity it might make it look differently like some kind of illusion
