It definately looks better, the other just looked like you rendered some clouds, the new one needs a border maybe a tech border that's blended with the background change the colour of that scope on his gun it throws the sig off a little, also ad a bit more depth to your brushing but other than those points i think it looks awesome ^_^ , where'd you get those tech brushes from?
O jeez i got no clue but I'd be happy to give them to you if theress a way to. They're really nice.
The updated one is way better. The borders I use are usually just a 2 or 3 px stroke border, but thats just me. Its up to you.

it dosnt look like any background brushing
just some cloids and a rendr and some tech brushes
