Making a conversion of my current website now and converting it to xhtml.
Well i made my banner now.

I think its too tall for a banner really, but i actually quite like the simplicity of it. I think you should add some sort of logo in to spice it up a bit. Maybe a simple orb or something? Nice job

As for the placemnt, are you using an orb? You could use it in place of the "o" in tutorial or you could make it big-ish and have it a bit faded in the background. Its up to you really, im sure you'll come up with more ideas.
