i wanted to add some something more around the bottom left moving upwards to the left but i couldn't get anything i liked so i just left it with the gradient flares. i still have troubles finding ways to blend my stocks. i tried to create a new layer from visible and smudge him in with the soft edge circle brush but i thought i would lose the background and brightness. http://i1212.photobucket.com/albums/...ps3d47e825.jpg
undecided on this edit. created a new layer from visible, lowered the image slightly and then used clipping masks. http://i1212.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1d38af2c.jpg

It's a good start but would look better with some fx in front of him.
If you can't find anything to fit, maybe do some clipping masks with some splatter brushes and clip mask off the background.
