There's too much brushing on it (and I think it could even be filters), and I dont like the "made by Runch" part.

I dont either. but people always say to put ur name on them. so that was simple.

You coulda just have put runch in the corner in little pixel text...
And you should ask for C+C instead of what people think of it, because people will really tell you what they think of it.

it also looks, like u just draged a brush accross for a few inchs, kinda :P

oh yea and that is just 1 brush stroke. or maybe 2. i cant remember

its a little to bright, try changing the color maybe :P

you should read some of the tutorials here...they really do help alot if you take the time to learn them B)
