Hmm, the background doesn't really match the character's profile. Though I do like the font.

Quick answer - No, but dont worry, its okay for first, ill tell you what i think needs changing. The background just doesn't fit with the render. Carlton is from Prince of Bel Air right? He's a funny guy, green goo just doesnt fit. Also the font is kinda bad IMO. Im not trying to be harsh here but just thaught you might want some tips for improvement.
