I suppose its ok, the tech looks a bit ugly and it seems a bit repetative.
You should probobly read a few tutorials on Tech Borders. They don't look all too well as it is. And there really isn't anything that stands out for me just yet. I am personally not a fan of anything Halo though. So I might be a little bit biased here. So take it with a grain of salt.
