Having some trouble, any ideas?

want to mirror this image to teh ground.. i can do regular letters but somehow this doesn't work...

rasterize it, select words, dupe it, rotate 180 then do what you want to make it look more reflectiony

yeah, that doesn't work...
PS wont let me dupe it.. cant make a new layer or anything ( can make channels though)
