Lookin real good, I like how the people are anime and the background is real life. Clashes well, good idea.

Did you draw the peopel? Wow that's pretty good, the only thing i'd say is that the background is too bright, take off some colour, and maybe add a simple hue / saturation layer or just add some ... Nice job though it looks really cool.
