that isn't a popout it's not transparent it's white background... <_<

You've got to remove the White Background layer, or use the Magic Eraser and erase all of the white border in each layer. That's depending on if you used the original background layer or created a new one when you started working.
Then save as a .png it will only be viewable in Firefox, but will do your image justice and most of us run Ff anyway.
Saving as a .gif will screw with your edges and make things look funky, in my experience. Then host with xs.to and not imageshack.
As for your signature, I like the concept with the aiming and the coordinates on the left, shows you put a little thought in to it. Well done, keep it up mate.
mm i was wondering why the BG was white, ill try it asap.. thanks for noticing the Aiming coordinates :)
nightfire, it's so they can't catch my out for having 2 sigs ;) hehehehe and i forgot to mention that natso on your sig i think your bot needs to match colour more with your bg and cut it out better i can still see the previous background

Well that depends if he used a transparent bg first or a white if he was using a transparent mine works fine, but if he was using white then he would have to do that. :P
