Is it possible to download filters that aren't already on photoshop?
I'm pretty sure they are out there, but making filters isn't very popular, compared to brushes at least.
You can download some Actions at Deviant Art. Or plugins usally add on some filters. I tried some out, but the ones I tried sucked hard.
Wow , they must be hard to write.... do you hjave to kind of write you r own sequence then save it....?

The main separate filters that I know about are Flaming Pear and Eye Candy 4000, which can be downloaded on imesh, kazaa, etc.
