I'm in ohio, its just bring in a crazy cold front rain mixed with snow. Some high winds have started nothing like what you guys are face though, our's are only up to 48 mph right now. Thoughts go out to you though

I'm in Philly, my fucking porch window blew out of it's socket and had to replace it with a piece of wood literally in a fucking hurricane. I wasn't expecting it to be this bad, I need to practise my poker face for when I see the ones that I told not to worry.

Pfft. Here in England we call that summer.

As someone who lived in a Tropical Island for 13 years, you Floridians are cute :3.

Now as someone who lives in the East Coast and gets hit by random storms in structures not made for that sort of weather event, it's a lot worse than it might look from the news. My front door literally flew off it's hinges.

Well hope everyone is still ok, our wind here has picked up quite a bit, so I can't even imagine what its like farther to the coast. getting some snow flakes falling more now too but nothing sticking, its just gonna freeze overnight. Watching some of the news broadcasting from manhatten and I believe a few shots of New Jersey, thoughts and hopes go to you all

Update: power just went out. Im trying to get some sleep the wind noise and rain is driving me insane. The bike Is in a storage locker. My entire house is shaking like fucking nuts. I'm about to shit bricks. I'm in central nj. Storm is moving north, worst shot is to come

Another update: storm just passed into PA. Still no power. But good thing is worst part is over. There's power lines down and trees everywhere.

33 dead from sandy :(, hope everyones alright, we got about 2 inchs of snow total last night, but then the rain came and now everythng is a sheet of ice, and been 3 sets of sirens to go by ( I figure from car accidents), no loss of power on this side of town, but there is power out on the north side.

Big explosion in New York City, huge explosion, dont know what happened but saw the video. Worse then 9/11. No offense, my opionion.

I'd like to know what your opinion is based on? Obviously not on the death count, so it kindda leaves me curious

this may sound harsh, but why would the 33 deaths in america be more important than those in the rest of the world?

I kinda have to agree with this. It's a tragic event but it completely tore apart other countries before it touched America. And those haven't received any news what so ever.

It's all about entertainment, no one in the us when watching news wants to see Cuba whom we don't like, they would rather see damage in us

It is currently going higher in price > 20 million to 30 million. Thats what I am talking about, stock market is DOWN and this will reset the economy.

I could have sworn it was billion...Anyway money isn't everything. It doesn't even matter with governments anyway, both ours and America could get into so much debt that the figures could be 9999999999 and nothing would fucking happen. The only time we as people feel it is when they try to get us out O_o Put simply I can imagine Mr Obamarama will simply stick it on the countries credit card, end of story.
