to anyone who hasnt read american phsyco...
starve a rat then drug a girl..... insert a large pipe into her.... send the rat up then rip the pipe out, let the rat eat its way out as she wakes up.
if you dont drug the girl its more painfull.
btw the guy that came up with that has a sick mind
1. Get hooked up to a pressure blood pump, to force blood into your body before you bleed out, because of what will happen next ...
2. Inject the drug that paralyses you but doesn't anesthetise so that you can feel the pain still.
3. Fix a full length mirror above you, your eyes are clamped open so you can see everything that happening to you.
4. Get slowly put thru an industrial meat slicer from the toes up.
At first you wont need the blood until you reach more critical parts of the body and each time a part of you gets sliced, the blood pump will force thru fresh new blood at a rate so you wont pass out (this will probably last until the liver area is sliced out, your mind will fracture because of the pain and enability to move, or scream or do anything but watch whats happening to you and to live the pain that is your body being sliced to a meaty-fleshy pulp.

Slashing, cutting, beating, stabbing...
Its very painful if youre going to get killed like this:
1. First your fingers & toes will be cut and removed :O.
2. Second, your hair is being ripped off your head!
3., battery liquid (a burning thing) is threwn all over you.
4., Cutting & Removing moves to legs and arms.
5., Your wounds are treated, so you wont die (just yet).
6., While you are still alive and you can feel pain, you will be dumped in a forest with beasts (wolves, crows, bears, etc.).
Well THAT'S horrible.

im guessing getting tied under a faucet that only drips water.. like one drop a minute or so and not being able to move for 4 months while water running on ur head.. that would make a hole in ur skull and eventually "drown" your brain causing extreme pain which would lead to paralizis and eventually... EVENTUALLY.. death.
