Yeah I was trying to aim it like the one in the tutorial, except add a bit more purple. I'm not sure if you noticed, but on the right of the wing, its way darker than the one on the left & when I tried to lighten it up it turned people. Is that because I didn't erase parts of the purple starlight when I added more effects there?

@Perfect_Soul: I think you could get rid of the outer glow on the text, it steals all the focus from the rest of the sig.
The sig is very monotone since it's all red, which makes it flat and a tad boring. I don't know if you made it that way on purpose tho, I would personally prefer some some color variations.
It's a bit blurry, sharpen it up.
Other than that you did well with the effects, it's just the adjustments that could use some work. Play around with the adjustment layers panel and it will turn out flawless.
@Sketchy: It's pretty smooth and all but it's way to bright. Darken it down would bring out more details and make it more eye pleasing to look at. I don't know if you wanted it white instead of black (?) either way it's to bright at the moment.

That was my problem was it was way too bright. But, I'm not sure how it got that way..
You might have used some different layer blend modes or adjusted the blacks to white instead?
You did pretty well, it's dynamic with nice vibrant colors.
The sides of the tag and background are very noisy/grainy, either you sharpened it too much or you resized the effects so they became a bit low quality. Try to fix that by slightly blurring those spots, or use topaz denosie if you have that filter installed.
And a small suggestion for the text, use capital letters at least for the main text (tutorial), the subtext can have small characters as it is now.
Other that that you pulled it off with a high grade Inky :encouragement:
