Final Fantasy

Oh lord, how could I miss this thread? My favorite of the series is FF9 - I love the story and the characters. A close second would be FF7.

I disliked FF10, FF10-2, and FF8.

About FF9, I don't think I've ever seen a SS of the game, or even know the characters..

FFX was my fave (only one lol), and FFX-2, I heard that one sucked badly. Alot of stupid crap involved..dress spheres (lol).

What about FF11??? Alot less on the story but the online gameplay rocks. NAd btw 1-6 were not on the ps1, they were just carried over for late comers into the series.

I have a feeling that in the next few FF games something will confirm the theory, it all makes so much sense, Itd be so cool if they made a time machine and they tried travelling back a few years but something goes wrong and they go back and meet like FF1 characters (Itd be cool see them now, those pixel sprites were very ugly =p )

I have never played FF11, but I seen ScreenShots and it looks really fun! Only thing that holds me back is the monthly price..waay too much =(

And about the carring over..doesn't that cost money to transfer? ^^;

Hehe that would be awesome to see FF1 characters..if I knew any.. lol.

What would you need too transfer? Lol. The price dont bother me though, The price for the expansion packs is the only thing that bugs me. But the price is well worth it. You meet new friends everyday and you have too practically force yourself off, The most time I spent on FF11 was almost 24 hours straight, Got on at 8pm and got on around 7:30pm. Fun game ! Lol, yes I know Im a nerd...

FF7 is the best of all time, the storyline, the characters, the pure fantasy of it all, it just blows you away, the concepts behind it give good inspirtation for art. The concept of mako reactors inspired me to produce depletion. My ambitious target for the future would be to recreate midgar in 3dsm and photoshop.

FF8 and 9 were my second favourites, love the pure fantasy in 9, it takes your mind away from the real world where as 8 is slightly more real apart from the ending which is great. 10 sucked but the graphics were great, 10-2 is the worst ever. Nobuo Uematsu is the best composer of all time.

my fav ff's are 7 and 10 ,on 10 theres nothing i havnt done ,my anima can hit 2.5mill on an unarmoured enemy!!!! yay~!!!

I mean transfering..like cost of putting on to the PS.

@ killer i got the game and all expansion packs for £35 chains of promathis and the rise of the zilart, sometimes the game didn't impress me but the concept was ok .. some of the gamers ruined it for me

@dead, what the crap is 'chains of promathis and the rise of the zilart'? I'm thinking they are hand held FF's, since alot of Handheld games have dumb names..
