whoever rated me 1/10 obviously does not get that art is unique, and that not everybody has to be a sheep to tutorials signed. Picasso painted some odd things, but it was all about the feeling, the story behind a piece, not hey let me look over here at da vinci and copy him from his instruction book.

Sure, I can follow 50 tuts and get good at using a smudge tool and shading just how someone else shades. But look at my work. How does it make you feel? I haven't used one single tutorial and I know you probably think, oh follow tuts, but look. I make at least 1 sig a week. Haven't followed a tut. I will keep improving, my sigs will still make you feel exactly how I feel while making them.

Bearing in mind you rated me a 1/10 I believe. Jus' sayin'.

Art is subjective, and everyone has their own opinion on what's good and what isn't. Also, most tutorials are made to learn tips/tricks/settings from, not meant to be followed to the letter. There's nothing wrong with learning a new technique from a tut and then adding your own style to it to make it yours. There's also nothing wrong with making pieces from scratch. At the end of the day though, they're just sigs, nothing to get worked up over. Use the low rating as motivation to get better.

honestly i could care less by ur thumbs up, but by resource spam i mean that theirs no purpose of the tag, looks like u took a bunch of random c4ds and/or textures and u put them together. for example, in ur first one its a mix of random textures and colors with text written in a really bad font; 2nd one is is the same, look dirty and is very low quality, with another piece of random text, u can barely read the text, color makes it hard to read it.

As far as my sig, it has personality, a character, a mood. and as far as deconstructing what we do: black background, random c4d shape, another shape in it. Sorry m8, but checkmate

well first off, i hope u know that the 'random c4d shape' is actually made by me and that its animated; i would like to see u try to even come close; and for dirty, u obv. never heard of a grunge style
