God

Im new to these forums and its great to see different views on religion and God, but if there is no God, how did we get here? how were we as humans created? how do we have a conscience to tell us the difference between wrong and right?!?! This world is far too complicated and sophisticated for me thats why i have Faith in Jesus and in saying this am open to criticism but there are others with different faiths and beliefs who are too afraid to say so, but I have said it and im willing to defend my faith and beliefs, which im hoping i wont have 2 in here. Really great to see the non-violent discussion of Noah and his ark.

LoL, Believe it or not people - There is actually something bigger and wiser than yourself and although you may not see it or be able to touch it, it exists and its God. Picture it as this -
The world is a large fan spining around
We are a fly sitting on the fan blade spinning around
And religion is the various reasons for why the fan is spinning
Not my philosophy but very good analogy.

Simply saying "God did it" is not nearly evidence of anything other than your blinding passion for something you believe in. Well the Quran tells us Exactly how humen came and how this world came .. and how exactly how the humen was created .. so if u think ppl for example wrote the Quran .. they would not know these stuff like u said .. and i dont think ppl before were smarter than now lol !

plus the Quran was written in Arabic ,, and its still the most advanced written arabic book in the world .. from grammer and the way of talking .. u know what i mean if u know arabic :`) so i dont think ppl before wrote it ! why because its too perfect for a humen to write this .. ! :D

God (Allah) Says in the Quran:

"This Qur'an is not such as can be produced by other than Allah; on the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the Book - wherein there is no doubt - from the Lord of the worlds." Yunus 010.037

"Or do they say: He has forged it? Say: Then bring a chapter like this and invite whom you can besides Allah, if you are truthful." Yunus 010.038

P.S: The Word "God" in Arabic is "Allah" just dont get confused that its another God :D

I think you're missing my point though. A written word, no matter how "perfect" it may be (I dont know arabic, nor have I read the Quran so unfortunately I dont know what you mean lol) cannot be used as proof of the existance of God. I know, simply from speaking mostly to you throughout this debate, that you take your religon very seriously, but beyond that I cant accept anything you've put forth as truth because you havent offered me anything other than quotes.

I could bring you my biology textbook, plague you with anthropology quotes and describe to you the chemistry of the human DNA structre and you would not accept that as truth either.

So, I think until someone can bring something new and prolific to this debate, that you and I ellusionist, have reached a stalemate.

the Quran is Perfect because its not made by humens ... but ur biology textbook, is made by humens .. and i dont think that a man made the Quran becuase its beyond our limits ! :`)

This world is too perfect for it to of 'just happened'. When i say perfect i mean that if the earth was 100m closer to the sun we'd die from the heat and 100m further away from the sun we'd die from the cold. And everything in this world and the different life cycles and humans is far to complex and complicated for it to have just come into existence. Therefore in seeing all this evidence there has got to be a bigger explanation - God.
