Well i have a question, evertime i see this "smudging" stuff, but how do i know which smudges they used.
I'm kinda a rookie so :P

Usually the smudge settings are in the tutorial. However, if they aren't just use a smudge setting that you know and if it works well then just use that throughout. Hope this helps.
