my brother just got his 360, and i must say Im kinda disappointed with it. When i first got my PS2, it felt like a big time next-gen improvement over the PS1. The 360 doesnt feel all that next-gen to me...at least not yet. Its a good console, but doesnt match the hype. :-/
what hype? incredible graphics? it's not the console's fault the games haven't been optimized to use its technology.Quote:

its not the console, its the games. the only games that have really used the technology thus far are project gotham and fight night round 3. if those don't look next gen to you, you have issues.
^^ he is right, but even PGRacing and FNR3 dont use the full power of the XBOX360. It will take some time for developers to make most out of the hardware. A new XBOX1 game looks way better then the first XBOX1 game generation ;)Quote:

yes i agree the games u are looking at on the xbox 360 that do not use the full extent of the xbox are probally wat the PS2 games will look like and if you havnt already you might want to look at the link fahad posted a while back... it explains exactly wat specs the systems have and exactly wehich system will rule supreme

yeah the ps has better games but the xbox is better rounded..
well i prefer the xbox's games, but that's just me. i am very excited for some of the ps3's games as well, of course, mgs4 is gonna be great, but there are far more 360 games that excite me (oblivion, too human, gears of war, halo 3(hopefully), mass effect, kotor 3, jade empire 2, bc, fight night round 3 just came out and is insane)

Yeah Fight Night Three is sapposed to be fricking amzazing on the Xbox 360, Video Games have come along way from the Atari havn't they? It amazes me the progress in technology has been exceling extremely fast.
