well you can if you find away to hide the parts that make it inapropriate. One way is to put text over the "sensitive areas", another is to blur them out, which looks bad. the best way i think is to brush over them, kind of get the BG to come over the render, and cover it up a little.
a found a set of chinese symbols on dA called kanji love, if anyone wants them im happy to send them you
