Nice piece.
The only thing I see weird is the beltbuckle/emblem with the "G" (?), the perspective on it looks a little weird, might be like that in the reference, don't know :P
Now, make your own character designs with the nice coloring and I'll have more respect for you!

Psypher, it's not a G, it's like a square, with a little thing that goes into the middle, as in a belt, not sure what to call it. thanks though

did u color this in PS or by hand?
I'm thinking he smudged some colors over each other, the pencil shading already darkens whatever color you add over it (digitally) when you set the color layer over to multiply; I'm sure there are a bunch of other methods.

im a big FF fan myself and that is some good work you got there, you can see you've spent a lot of time on it so you certaintly deserve a lot of credit :)
