IMO the reaper should have grunge brushes used around him, your bg is kinda like an abstract in a way. is just doesnt fit the grim reapers style yunno? And not tryin to be an ass but try makin sigs that arnt pop outs i told the same to villian he when he made a regular sig it was pretty good. but its a big improvement from your last sig

The text and render, though each looking pretty good on it's own, don't blend very well with the background. You might want to blend them and change the colors a little, so they contrast eachother less. Aside from that, just fix the transparency and this will be your best signature yet! Great job man...
