Like 5 hours for Harmony and I've been working on the BHS-D site for 24hrs because of php scripts and small details that take time. If you only consider the graphics, it took me 6 hrs to make it because my users recommended few modifications.

I did not know I had made a post in this earlier. w/e. I have new comments for the first one. You put a green and yellow base with blue and silver boxes for links and other data. NONO! The left side has a black bar going down the side for no apparent reason. The times new roman at the bottom is baaaaaaaaaaaaad! The copyright BHS design? Not good, companies wont want it. The italicized Company at the top is a bad choice. Stick with nothing. Your blue and silver images look stolen. They look too professional for the rest of the site. The bar seperating the left from the right? It is off center at the bottom.
I am really sorry if I sound harsh, but that site needs some major fixes.
