Try to highlight the green layer, and then flatten them all. It might preserve it, ive had the same problem.

It's a blending option on the layer that is the sky. I've tried doing all sorts of things and nothing's worked... I'm finished with the image though, it had already been awhile and I didn't want to keep my friend waiting.Quote:

it may be in the way things are being flattened. i have had some trouble like that when i flattened things in the wrong order, i dont know how you would look for that with your file, but other than that i have no idea other than whats been said.
