Thanks. I painted this (which was quite easy) since I couldn't bother to do something that wasn't über abstract. ;P
Did you use a texture for the planet? Nice stuff man, and yea, kamjar is awesome, but that tut didn't help me at all. I could barely get past the first step :P. How does he get those ultra fine, nice looking lines like when he gets to the actual nebula part. It doesn't work for me :'(
Yup. I made the texture. Or else it wouldn't be my planet, hehe. The tutorial helped me alot when I made Eye Of Anubis. Use 1-3 px brushes and dark colors with low opacity and linear dodge on the brush. Should do the trick.Quote:

I always use big satellite photos for my planet textures. Then I throw them together, turn everything into grayscale, color it myself, and the texture is done. It usually takes me about 4 or 5 hours to create the texture.
