And REDBLAZE, did you consider the meaning to their family of keeping those people alive. My OWN grandmother(my mothers side) has been living in a bed in a hospital for the last sixteen years. Last spring she got a disease called MRSA(metisilliiniresistentti Staphylococcus aureus) To healthy people it usually doesnt do anything. Well, she died to a fever because of that, about 3 weeks ago. Now without the keep-alive, I wouldnt even have known my grandmother.
I could keep writing but this is hardly on-topic.
Dragon eye, what was the point of keeping her alive? Did she really want to be there, living on some fucking machine? I'd say, if im not living on my own organs for more then a month, pull the plug. I don't want to live for that long, without being myself.
I didn't mean to imply that only termanilly ill people are the only people who suicide. I'm talking about people who are really sick that want to die and we do it to them. Suicide is when you just go kill yourself. Like we shoot them in the head. And when you said a big part of suiciders are teenagers dued to bullying, that's not true. Not saying that teen's don't suicide. But the one's who suicide are usually 25+ or termanilly ill. The termanilly ill are usually depressed thus euthanized or assisted suicide, ie pills.Quote:
