Thats hot.
I really like this style of space art, compared to rabies. Its seems more, painted like. Good work =D
Definitely a good one mate. I like the detail you put into it, looks nice. Wouldn't change anything.
50 nebulae?! That's insane.. :PQuote:

i suggest making like 50 nebulas, even if theyre shit, make lots, and make lots of textures for planets, then try some stuff, nebulas seem to be the most important in space scenes... and they arent too hard, airbrushing, smudging and some photo manipulation with clouds, just practise and you will get better.

And the most important in spaces scenes isn't nebuale, it's the light. Nice dynamic light makes it go from "whoa" to "WHOA!", which is a good thing. ;)
There are several ways of making nebulae, and rob just named some ways. I suggest you try them all. If you own a tablet, try to paint some shiat. It's really hard to just paint a nebula, but it's worth a try. There are some tutorials out there, you could try them.
Also work on that planet. It looks a bit like you used my old crappy tutorial. You should give Alyn's technique a go. Do his tutorial, remember it and use the same technique, but in a way that feels good. The good thing with that you get an enormous planet that you can shrink. In his tutorial, the planet is 2500x2500 px or something. My latest was 8000x8000 px, which was kinda hard for my computer, lawl.
The glow around the two planets to the right is a bit unrealistic, I'd remove that and have like on that planet to the right.
Anyways, it's fun to see someone try out space art one in a while. This is good for a first try. I would keep on working on it, it pretty nice, but it can be better! :)
ok, think about it, at high lvl, 50 is insane... but make like 10 just starting doesnt take long... ok, maybe make 15 :PQuote:
