i've been using PS for a long time, and i had a lot of files but my damn pc just sucks... have to format a lot of times... But u mean something like this right ?
yes i know the tut is god-like, well, i think you overbrushed that piecs, and it seems you used 2 different kinds of brushes (eg abstract +grunge) there is an inbalance to the pic, on the right side, it overbrushes and on the left side its not, also on the right you have used diff. brushes. it doesnt look right. you want to make a sig, which is about 320x120 pixels or 300x120 pixels. not long ones. also the color isnt right. try mking lots of layers of brushing (mildly) so you start off with a white BG and then use black brushes on the new layer then make another layer and brush with white.....and so on and so on. then when youve done that, go to layer-newajustment layer- and make a color balance, make it a nice color, now place it in between layers (not at the thop of all of them) and keep doing this until you have like 3 color balance layers in diff. places (for example first 3 layers then CB another 3 layer another CB) in doing this you will end up with some nice color arrangements in your sig. but make sure the colors you use in the CB layers are similar and not very diff.
hope this helps
