OK.. I got a little problem.. What tool do you have selected when you press shift? I followed everything on the tutorial, but it doesn't appear. I think knowing what tool you have selected would help me figure out what's going on and maybe even fix the problem altogether..

Does anyone here know?

now its not image ready, its Animation

go to Windows>Animation in photoshop

i made that one.. but it's a litte to slow.. to make it smooth just add more frame..
