I was never really into it. I never understood it too much. A friend of mine got into it, and I tried playing with him it just wasnt fun for me. I also heard its a pretty expensive hobby.

i'd say yeh it is on the expensive side but not too much.. it's quite fun too, i love building, pinting and playing so all round it's good for me^_^ i'm just going to finish off my uruk'hai army and then buy some more this saterday i'm getting a cave troll, sauron, saramon, mines of moria, warriors of rohan army, another uruk'hai army and maybe a few war mimak (oliphant) and a big board and the equipment needed to building the board and such it's going to be ace!! :D ... the highlight o this week <_< :(
can someone fill me in as to whats going on? are they like say... car models where you build and paint them?
yeah except once done you play a strategy game which is actually quite fun, i didn't think it would be except it is.. i don't know all of the rules but i knew most of them so yeah :D

Ye :) THing is. I've kinda decided ona pc ... middish price ((i'll upgrade parts later. Just get a decent processor + motherboard + hd )) at like... £500 ish . So i'll get that before anything ^_^
