Don't get it cut at all!
I've not gotten a haircut since August of '05.. but that was just a trim basically and still had a whole lot left.

If your hair is black, have it medium length with purple n blue highlight kinda things :P
If its blonde, have pink underneath.. if ya get me (my sis has that)

Im a neat person so no messy styles! and i couldn't afford the purple *sobs*. Got blondey-ish coppery highlights though it looks really cool, kinda shimmery =D and had it layered o.O then i went round town and it felt so weird that i got all unbalanced and couldn't walk in a straight line O.O lol. and it's not black or blonde, im just too plain.
Sounds like you're pretty happy with the results. :)
Were you going to get the purple done professionally (if you could've afforded it)? Places around here that I know of don't do anything with unnatural colors, so I've been doing my own hair for the past 4-5 years.
Well now that you have layered hair, an idea for the future would be dying the longest layer a different color.

Cool, might think about that. Yeah i was, the hairdresser i went to has loads of different reds in her hair. So expensive though.
